A few years ago, I walked through the hardest season of my life. It was a wilderness marked by confusion, emotional exhaustion, and deep spiritual silence. I’d always been a “get it done” kind of woman: mentally tough, disciplined, and full of faith. But the career path I had envisioned took an unexpected turn, and with the added demands of balancing a family, managing mounting stress, navigating relational challenges, and feeling disconnected from myself, I found myself starting to unravel.

Then in 2023, I joined a faith-based life coaching team almost as a distraction. But something lit up in me. Coaching became the spark that reignited my joy and gave me passion again. I felt alive

My husband and my people started affirming the gift they saw in me, urging me to take it seriously and to step out in faith!

In May 2024, everything shifted when I heard the Lord speak clearly:
Stop calling your assignment a side hustle.

That one line changed everything.
Later that year, I launched New Nature, LLC, born from my wilderness, built on obedience, and fueled by a passion to see women rise.

For two years, I wrestled and fought to hold onto hope while wondering if God still spoke to me personally.

Though I could still sense God’s love and even hear His direction for others, I struggled to hear Him for me. The silence was heavy.

This coaching isn’t about surface-level changes or feel-good mantras. It's rooted in truth, grit, and grace.

I help women uncover the gold within, renew their minds, and take bold action toward the life they were made for.

I believe God has given me eyes to see the gold in others and the tools to draw it out! And I consider it a sacred privilege to walk alongside women as they rise in purpose, power, and presence.

There’s more for you.
And I’d be honored to help you go after it.

I’ve always known I was called to nurture. It’s part of who I am. But over time, I realized that nurturing wasn’t just meant for my children, it was meant for the women God placed in my life, too.

My story has been written in midnight feedings and carpool chaos, in forgotten homework and lost wedding rings (don’t ask), and in whispered prayers over folded laundry. It’s also been written in adoption papers, waiting rooms, and the ache of unanswered prayers.

I’ve mothered through miracles and meltdowns, through deep joy and deeper heartbreak. I’ve been on my face crying into a tear-soaked pillow. I’ve laid in a full-on starfish position in the midnight air as I’ve praised God for miracles answered. And what I’ve come to understand is this:

I need to stop saying, “I’m just a stay-at-home mom.” I have a higher calling, Motherhood. It’s a Kingdom assignment. God has greatness for me.

Years ago, my husband had a life coach. Then in 2021, our oldest son began working with one. So when I sensed our daughter needed support entering her senior year of high school, I reached out to a life coach named Natalie. But as I was sharing what I felt my daughter needed in that season of her life, something unexpected happened: I realized I needed a life coach, too.

Somewhere along the road of motherhood, I had become quiet—almost invisible to myself. My life had grown so full of doing that I no longer felt the heartbeat of my calling. I felt stuck.

That moment was a turning point.

I started doing the deep work of reconnecting to who I was—who I am. And in that journey, God made it clear: I was called not only to nurture, but to coach. To walk with women through the mess and beauty of their own stories. To help them hear their own voice again.

I don’t coach from a place of perfection, I coach from presence. I may not have all the answers, but I bring anchored faith, lived experience, and a whole lot of love.

If you’re a woman who feels stuck, silenced, or just searching, I see you. You’re not alone. Let’s walk this road together.

When I began my journey with Natalie, I was skeptical. A life coach? What could a life coach possibly solve that years of talk therapy couldn’t? But an undoing began that I can only describe as holy. Because it was. It was the first time God’s truth was used to expose the labels I had been living under. Lies carried since birth.

As an adoptee, my nervous system was processing abandonment before I even had words for it. I grew up performing out of fear, earning connection and approval. I even abandoned myself. Shrinking to fit in, silencing to keep harmony, and settling to keep people close, even when they weren’t good for me. Then came the sting of relationship abuse and abandonment. Layer by layer, those lies built a life where I instinctively sacrificed pieces of myself until I was just a shell.

But in time, God met me with what I now call the holy reversal. I began to picture Jesus reaching out and saying: “Take My hand. Let’s go.” I now imagine Him walking into every space, declaring: “She’s with Me.” And everything shifted. From mess to miracle. From abandoned to chosen. From silenced to sent.

For 49 years, my story has been marked by fire, but I am no longer consumed by it. I know what it is to live under a cloak of lies, and I know what it is to throw it off and walk in freedom. That’s the place I coach from. The honest, holy ground of a woman who has been there. Not burned but refined. Not perfect but prepared. A woman who asked Jesus to turn her pain into purpose, and He answered.

I lock arms with women who are rebuilding after broken relationships. Women parenting on their own. Women who crave peace, connection, and healing but have no idea where to begin. If you are paralyzed by fear, or performing, settling, or silencing, there’s a new nature I want to show you. Take my hand. Let’s go. I have the best Father who will light our way.

My holy reversal can be yours, too. You are not a mess. You are a miracle. And I’ll walk with you until you see it for yourself.

If you had asked me two years ago, I would have told you I had it pretty together. After a season of heartache and disappointment and the journey of healing from that, I felt like cruise control was set.

But my friend, Natalie, kept sharing testimonies from her time with life-coaching and I felt a tug that I could get something special from this. My story of having a life coach was less about a major change and more about a collection of small changes that made a major change in my life. Changes that were both practical and personal.

I feel like the part of New Nature that sets it apart and made it so relevant in my life is the Lord is present and welcome in the conversations. He’s truly able to meet us all in such a personal way and this program allows for each session to be so individual. I’m a wife, a mom, an entrepreneur, and a friend. And every area was improved through what I learned at new nature—even more so with the Lord at the center of everything we did!

My desire and willingness to see the gold in other women has led me to coaching. I love that working with other women means we are learning from each other. Regardless of our roles or experience. We all have something to offer. My hope is through what I’ve learned in raising littles, navigating motherhood with a traveling husband, helping my husband start companies, starting a company of my own, and finding balance for each of those seasons and the overlap, that I can offer practical, Holy Spirit-led coaching to impact another woman’s life in a way that brings sustainable change!
