WHEN STRONG WASN'T ENOUGH:
I've always been a "get it done" woman: mentally tough, disciplined, and full of faith. Then the career path I'd planned took an unexpected turn. Add in family demands, mounting stress, relational challenges, and losing touch with myself, and I started to unravel. I knew God was close. I knew He loved me and had good plans for me... I just couldn't hear Him. I didn't know what to do.
THE SPARK:
Then, in 2023, I joined a coaching team almost as a distraction, a secret "side hustle".
Something lit up in me.
Coaching brought back my joy and my fire.
My husband and my people saw it too, and they pushed me to take it seriously.
In May 2024, I heard the Lord speak clearly:
"Stop calling your assignment a side hustle."
That one line changed everything. Later that year, I launched New Nature, LLC.
It was born in my toughest season, built on obedience, and fueled by a passion to see women rise.

I’ve always known I was called to nurture. It’s part of who I am. But over time, I realized that nurturing wasn’t just meant for my children, it was meant for the women God placed in my life, too.

My story has been written in midnight feedings and carpool chaos, in forgotten homework and lost wedding rings (don’t ask), and in whispered prayers over folded laundry. It’s also been written in adoption papers, waiting rooms, and the ache of unanswered prayers.
I’ve mothered through miracles and meltdowns, through deep joy and deeper heartbreak. I’ve been on my face crying into a tear-soaked pillow. I’ve laid in a full-on starfish position in the midnight air as I’ve praised God for miracles answered. And what I’ve come to understand is this:
I need to stop saying, “I’m just a stay-at-home mom.” I have a higher calling, Motherhood. It’s a Kingdom assignment. God has greatness for me.
Years ago, my husband had a life coach. Then in 2021, our oldest son began working with one. So when I sensed our daughter needed support entering her senior year of high school, I reached out to a life coach named Natalie. But as I was sharing what I felt my daughter needed in that season of her life, something unexpected happened: I realized I needed a life coach, too.
Somewhere along the road of motherhood, I had become quiet—almost invisible to myself. My life had grown so full of doing that I no longer felt the heartbeat of my calling. I felt stuck.
That moment was a turning point.
I started doing the deep work of reconnecting to who I was—who I am. And in that journey, God made it clear: I was called not only to nurture, but to coach. To walk with women through the mess and beauty of their own stories. To help them hear their own voice again.
I don’t coach from a place of perfection, I coach from presence. I may not have all the answers, but I bring anchored faith, lived experience, and a whole lot of love.

If you had asked me two years ago, I would have told you I had it pretty together. After a season of heartache and disappointment and the journey of healing from that, I felt like cruise control was set.

But my friend, Natalie, kept sharing testimonies from her time with life-coaching and I felt a tug that I could get something special from this. My story of having a life coach was less about a major change and more about a collection of small changes that made a major change in my life. Changes that were both practical and personal.
I feel like the part of New Nature that sets it apart and made it so relevant in my life is the Lord is present and welcome in the conversations. He’s truly able to meet us all in such a personal way and this program allows for each session to be so individual. I’m a wife, a mom, an entrepreneur, and a friend. And every area was improved through what I learned at new nature—even more so with the Lord at the center of everything we did!
My desire and willingness to see the gold in other women has led me to coaching. I love that working with other women means we are learning from each other. Regardless of our roles or experience. We all have something to offer.
My hope is through what I’ve learned in raising littles, navigating motherhood with a traveling husband, helping my husband start companies, starting a company of my own, and finding balance for each of those seasons and the overlap, that I can offer practical, Holy Spirit-led coaching to impact another woman’s life in a way that brings sustainable change!

For a long time, I felt like I was behind, even though I was doing everything I was ‘supposed’ to be doing.
I was busy with good things, but they weren't adding up to the change I wanted in my life. I was stuck in negative self-talk, struggling to consistently follow through on the habits I knew were good for me, and letting distractions and doubt keep me from pursuing the things God had placed on my heart.

Then someone recommended coaching to me.
Taking that first step and scheduling a call with my coach was a turning point for me. Through my own coaching experience, I became more grounded in my identity, established healthy rhythms, and began stepping confidently into the calling God had placed on my life.
That transformation is why I coach today.
I'm a Christian life coach, wife, former manager, and business owner. I've built a business from my home, worked in demanding professional roles, experienced loss, and moved enough times to know what it feels like to start over and intentionally build a new community. These experiences have taught me a lot about navigating change, stewarding different seasons of life, and continuing to move forward when things don't look the way you expected.
I help Christian women who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like they're constantly falling behind. Women who are doing a lot of good things but aren't seeing the growth they want, who wrestle with negative self-talk or doubt, or who struggle to create consistency in the areas that matter most to them.
Through coaching, I help women realign their lives with the Lord, understand the season they're in, build healthy rhythms, and move forward with confidence. We take the areas where you feel stuck or overwhelmed and turn them into practical next steps so you can become more grounded in who God created you to be, live with greater peace and intention, and faithfully pursue what He's placed in front of you.
I don't believe you need another list of things you should be doing. You may just need someone to help you step back, get clear on what matters, challenge the thoughts that are keeping you stuck, and help you take the next right step.

For as long as I can remember, I have felt a stirring in my heart that I was created for something more. Through every season of life: singleness, career changes, marriage, motherhood, caring for aging parents, and now life as an open nester, God has continued to show me that every stage has purpose.

Over the years, I have encouraged women through mentoring groups, meaningful conversations over coffee, gained wisdom from mentors ahead of me, and journaled each step of the way. What I have learned is that growth and calling do not begin “someday” when life slows down. Growth and calling begin right where we are. The small, intentional steps often create the greatest impact.
A turning point in my own journey came through being coached by Natalie at New Nature. That experience gave me a fresh vision for my life, helped me tackle fear and insecurity, and empowered me to step out in faith and courage to use my gifts. It reminded me that God can use every season to awaken new purpose and possibility within us.
Now, in this new season, God has opened the door for me to step into Life Coaching and help women discover confidence, purpose, and direction rooted in faith and authenticity. My passion is to walk alongside women of every age and stage, and help them renew their mindset, overcome limiting beliefs, and embrace the life God is calling them to live.
